Return & Refund Policy – Noor-e-Sehat

1. If you receive a damaged or broken product, please make a video while opening the parcel as proof.

2. The unboxing video is required to claim a return or refund.

3. If there is no opening video, we will not be able to process the refund.

4. If the product is damaged, contact us on our number immediately and send the video proof.

5. In case of damage, we will either:

   • Refund your amount after deducting 30%, or

   • Send you a new replacement parcel.
