5. Refund & Replacement: Without an unboxing video, we will not process any refund or replacement. If the product is damaged, we may offer a replacement parcel or a refund with a 30% deduction.

6. Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide the correct name, phone number, and address when placing an order.
